✨White Chocolate Raspberry Baked Oats✨

No, this is not a stick of butter, it’s white chocolate 😂

Wow…this flavor though!!! The tartness of the raspberries with the creamy sweetness of the white chocolate is impeccable! 🥰
The white chocolate I used didn’t melt satisfyingly like I wanted it to for the video, but it was still bomb.

This was an amazing post leg day workout meal! 👍🏻

Try it out!!

Details:
Blend together-
1/2 cup thepinoleproject original oatmeal (use code “PINOLE20” for 20% today!!)
1/4 cup previously roasted cubed white sweet potato
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used gardenoflife vanilla plant protein)
1/2 cup any milk
1 tbls cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Pour mixture into a greased ramekin.
Mash up about 1/3 cup raspberries with a dash of agave nectar in a separate bowl, and then mix in to the oat batter.

Top with a piece of white chocolate of your choice!

Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit for 20 mins, and ENJOY this fine protein packed, delicious meal! 🥰💕
