✨Samoa Baked Oats✨

What’s your favorite kind of Girl Scout cookie??? Samoa is mine!!! The baked oats version is 🔥🔥🔥 This whole meal is actually very low sugar and a balanced filling meal!!
Give this a try and be ready to have your mind blown! 😍🤯

Details:

Blend together-
1/2 cup oats (I used thepinoleproject)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used nuzest_usa lilsipper vanilla plant protein)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut flakes (I used bobsredmill)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Caramel details-
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Pour half of mixture into a greased ramekin, put a spoonful of caramel sauce in the middle and pour the rest of the batter on top.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

Top your creation with more caramel sauce, chocolate sauce (I used lakanto Suntella 😋) and more coconut flakes!
