✨Neapolitan Baked Oats✨

Anyone ever used to have those huge gallon sized tubs of Neapolitan ice cream when they were younger??? Those always HIT.
Now you can have the grown up, gluten free, dairy free, warm and gooey baked oats version 🤣🤤
I may have gone a little OD on the strawberry section of this and didn’t give vanilla enough room, but you get the point!
Try this out!!! 😋

Blend together-
1/2 cup thepinoleproject original oatmeal
1/2 cup milk of any kind
1/4 cup previously roasted sweet potato
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 tbls cashew butter

Pour 1/3 batter into center of a greased ramekin.
Put 1/3 batter into another bowl and mix in 1 tbls cacao powder, and then pour that mixture onto one side of the vanilla flavor in the middle.
Mix 1 tbls strawberry jelly into the remaining 1/3 of the batter (I also added 1 tsp beet root powder for more color). Pour this portion of the batter onto the other side of the vanilla portion.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes and ENJOY this magical creation!! 🥰🤩

Feel free to also top your baked oats with some cream cheese frosting! I just mixed together 1 tbls kitehillfoods cream cheese with 1 tsp agave nectar! 🥰
