M&M fudgey dark chocolate heart attack brownies

I honestly cannot cope with these, they are ridiculous. I used crispy M&Ms for personal taste but if you’re one of those psychopaths that goes for the peanut ones, be my guest

Method 👩‍🍳
1. Preheat your oven to 180
2. Cream your sugar and eggs together with an electric hand mixer (you’ll be all day trying to do it by hand fam) until the mixture is really light, fluffy and has expanded loads
3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl and gently stir that in to the fluffy mixture of egg and sugar until it’s a nice chocolate brown
4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt from a height so you get loads of air in to the mixture and then gently fold the dry ingredients in using figures of 8
5. Line or grease a baking tin (baking parchment is handiest but not absolutely essential)
6. Pour your mixture in to the tin and smooth it out with a spatula
7. I just sprinkled the m&ms all over the top. You can mix them through the mixture if you want but for the sake of the colourful aesthetic, I went with the top
8. Put them in the oven for 25 minutes
9. Remove from them oven and let them stand in the oven dish for at least a half an hour because they are extremely gooey and need it to form a shape
10. If you want to speed up the last step feel free to give them a 10 minute blast in the freezer
