✨Mango Coconut Baked Oats✨
Mmm these baked oats made me feel like I was chillin on a tropical island 😍 these were SO Good y’all!! This is a flavor combo I’ve never tried before with baked oats and it was great! 👍🏻
Mango and coconut go so well together and a drizzle of cream cheese frosting on top was LITERALLY the icing on top to this amazingness!
Give this fruity tropical flavor combo a try! 😍🥭🥥
1/2 cup oats (I used thepinoleproject original)
1/2 cup milk (I used protein flax milk)
1/2 ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used nuzest_usa probiotic plant vanilla)
1 tbls coconut flakes (I used bobsredmill)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
A couple mango chunks
Pour mixture into greased ramekin and bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
While it’s baking, cube up 1/2 a mango and sauté it with some coconut oil, water and honey over medium heat for about 5 minutes until it’s nice and gooey.
In a small plastic bag, add 1 tbls of cream cheese (I used miyokoscreamery) and 1 tsp of sweetener (I used coconutsecretofficial coconut nectar) and mix by squeezing it up in the bag. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag.
Top your baked oats with the sautéed mangos, more coconut flakes and ice the top with the cream cheese frosting! And enjoy this beautiful tropical yummyness!! 🥰👌🏼
