Korean stir fried glass noodles 🥢

👩🍳 This recipe could not be simpler. I’ve used glass noodles here but any noodles can be used once they’re cooked before adding to the other ingredients.
If you can’t get your hands on oyster sauce, hoisin is a good replacement but it will be slightly sweeter.
Method 🍷
1. Prepare your onions and carrots julienne which basically means chop them in to small batons or sticks
2. De-seed your chilli and slice along with your mushrooms
3. Heat some sesame oil in a pan over a low heat
4. Fry off the veg until soft and translucent
5. Add the oyster sauce, then soy sauce, then 2 more tbsps of sesame oil and a pinch of sugar. Mix well.
6. Place your glass noodles in a bowl and fill with boiled water until the noodles soften and cook
7. Transfer the noodles to the pan with your sauce and veg and mix well
8. Serve with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion
