Hey everyone! Long time without oat content but I’m back!
I’m here to share my new obsession- oatmeal pancakes!!!
They are super versatile and the flavor combinations are endless, just like baked oats!
These are super easy to make, and are a quicker alternative to baked oats because you don’t have to wait 20+ minutes for them to bake!

Recipe (makes about 4-5 pancakes):

Blend together-
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk of any kind
1/2 ripe banana
1 egg
I scoop protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Mix in berries, chocolate chips, pumpkin, or anything else your heart desires!

Pour a little bit of mixture into a buttered skillet over low-medium heat and flip when the pancake had small bubbles all over it and then wait another 1-2 minutes.
And then voila! You have amazing healthy, yummy, gluten free oat pancakes!
