Easy 3 ingredient bagels
Literally all you need here is a 2:1 ratio of self raising flour to Greek yogurt. So, you would use 200g of flour and 100g of yogurt. Add a pinch of salt and that’s all you need!
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl using your hand. The dough should form a ball that’s not too sticky to stick to your hand and not too dry to flake in to pieces.
Roll the ball of dough out on to a counter top and sprinkle flour all around. Knead the dough with your hands to ensure the flour is evenly spread through.
Split the dough in to smaller segments (usually 4-6) and roll each ball out in to a short thick sausage shape. Bring the two ends of the dough together and press them until they stick in a bagel shape.
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle toppings over. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
You can check whether your bagels are cooked through by tapping the bottom of them and listening for a hollow sound rather than a thick, wet noise.
