✨Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Baked Oats✨

Ahh I was so excited to make this! I made this healthy, low carb “cookie dough” from lilsipper’s recipe using only 4 ingredients and it was an amazing topping for this bowl of chocolatey goodness!!! 😍
Cookie dough is my all time favorite ice cream flavor and of course it’s also amazing on some BAKED OATS. Give it a go!! 😋💕

Blend together-
1/2 cup oats (I used thepinoleproject)
1/2 cup milk (I used Good Karma protein flax milk)
1/2 banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used primalkitchenfoods coconut chocolate collagen powder)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
I also added 1 tsp lairdsuperfood Performance mushrooms (helps with energy and brain booster)

Pour into a greased ramekin and top with some chocolate chips. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes.

I prepared this cookie dough the night before because it needs to be refrigerated for a few hours. So be prepared for tomorrow morning! 😉
Mix together-
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I used kitehillfoods dairy free Greek style yogurt)
2 scoops nuzest_usa Vanilla digestive support protein powder
2 tablespoons Cashew butter
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Mix together until a dough forms, and then roll it up onto some wax paper, and twist the ends of the wax paper and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Now you have some healthy, low carb, low sugar cookie dough!! 😍

Create little bite size balls of cookie dough and top your baked oats masterpiece with as much as you want. I also topped mine with some lakanto Suntella (my favorite). ENJOY! 😘
