1/2 cup oats (thepinoleproject original)
1/3 cup previously roasted white sweet potato
1/2 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder (I used pescience cinnamon bun flavor)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Pour mixture into greased ramekin and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
While it’s baking, mix together 1 tablespoon cream cheese (I used kitehillfoods) and 1 tsp coconut nectar sweetener (I used coconutsecretofficial) and a splash of vanilla extract.
Put frosting in a plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner to apply the frosting!
Drizzle your cinnamon bun baked oats with your frosting and ENJOY this yummy warm breakfast! 🥰🥧
