Chorzio and potato tacos

If you’re struggling to find adobo sauce you can just use a bit of sriracha but you might come across a jar of chillis in adobo sauce somewhere if you check the labels. Also not going through how to make salsa here again so check previous posts if you want it xo

Method 🤸‍♀️
1. Dice up your potatoes in to cubes and microwave for 5 minutes
2. Heat your oven to 200 degrees and spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and seasoning with the cumin, salt & pepper. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes
3. Slice up your chorizo and fry off in a small bit of oil
4. Make your salsa or guacamole by mashing up avocado and mixing with some cumin and lime juice
5. Heat a clean pan over a low heat with a tbsp of oil. Then add a tbsp of adobo sauce and melt it down. Place a tortilla wrap down in the sauce for 20 seconds, then flip and add cheese to the top of it. Let the cheese melt slightly and then remove from the heat before it starts to burn on the bottom. Repeat with all your tortillas
6. Mix your chorzio and potatoes together in a bowl
9. Serve all together
