✨Carrot Cake Baked Oats✨
WOW. This was the best baked oats I think I have made to date. Seriously! Carrot cake has always been my favorite cake flavor and the baked oats version is even more moist and yummy AND a healthy balanced meal at the same time.
Please try this out if you’re a carrot cake fan! It will not disappoint! 😍👌🏼
1/2 cup oats (I used thepinoleproject original)
1/2 cup milk (I used protein flax milk)
1/2 ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used nuzest_usa lilsipper vanilla probiotic protein)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Pour the oat mixture into a greased ramekin and mix in 1/2 cup shredded carrots, 2 tbls raisins, and 1 tbls chopped pecans. I sprinkled the top of mine with some brown sugar for an extra sweet touch! 😍
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 18 minutes.
While it’s baking, make your cream cheese frosting!
Mix together 2 tbls cream cheese (I used miyokoscreamery cream cheese), 1 tsp sweetener (I used coconutsecretofficial coconut nectar), and a splash of vanilla extract.
Top your baked oats with a big dollop of your cream cheese frosting and ENJOY the crap out of these delicious baked oats!! 🥰🙌
