✨Blueberry Overnight Oat Cake✨
Okay, I know that this looks kind of funny but I swear it was soooo good. It’s like a blueberry oat pie. This recipe was inspired by the amazing sunnysrecipes- I wanna make ALL of her recipes! This was such a great balanced and filling breakfast!! I love overnight oats because you don’t have to wait to bake, or prepare anything in the morning. It’s ready to go!
Prepare this today for tomorrow’s breakfast! 😍
1/2 cup oats (I used
3/4 cup milk (I used protein flax milk)
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbls Maple Syrup
1 scoop of protein powder (optional) (I used sprouts grass fed collagen powder)
Mix ingredients together in a microwave safe dish, and microwave for 3 minutes until it’s gelled together.
Run a little round bowl under cold water and put the oatmeal in this bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Oat mixture should come out of bowl and transfer onto a plate easily.
Add your toppings!!
I added 1/4 cup purely_elizabeth Chocolate Sea Salt probiotic granola around the edges, 2 tbls kitehillfoods Vanilla yogurt, and a few more blueberries on top!
